1111 Westheimer is a collection of 4 buildings on Westheimer Rd. between Mt. Vernon and Yoakum, including the former historic 1930's Tower Theatre. For our redevelopment we will be keeping the existing footprint of the buildings but upgrading the facades, giving each building its own unique character, excluding the iconic theater facade and marquee. By installing cohesive landscaping throughout the center and removing existing fences we aim to create more of a campus feel.​ Construction is slated to begin in May 2024 and completed early 2025.
